Hi, it has been months since I last blogged here and that is very remiss of me.
I have been doing some research, on a divorce and went to NSW State Archives, at Kingswood.
Paul and I also had time away, looking a tulips, for the annual Tulip Time, in the NSW Southern Highlands. We went to Hilltop Tulip Farm at Sutton, just the Sydney side of Canberra. While not all were blooming, what was were beautiful and well worth the trip. We also took a side trip to Mummell, west of Goulburn and this leads into my new topic.
I have started a One-Place Study on the Catholic Cemetery, Range Road, Mummell. I will look at those buried there and look at family connections, as Mummell in the 1800’s was s small place.
The NSW & ACT State Conference was held on 16-18 September. I presented a talk on different websites. It was a virtual conference and was very well run.
So, what next? Work on the study, time away in November, firstly with a friend and then the Family History DownUnder conference at the Castle Hill RSL. Then Christmas will arrive and then 2023!
Bye,
Lilian.
